I know this could be considered a shameless plug, but hey, this is cool and i would LOVE to see someone I know win this thing.

Last night, as a team building exercise/reward, the marketing department enjoyed an incredible hockey game.  It did happen to be in a penthouse suite, which wasn't bad either.  This was my first San Jose Sharks game but also my first hockey game in about two decades.  Here are some pics from the event:

One of my favorite parts of a live hockey game is seeing the fights.  The refs did a great job of keeping things in check...as you can see they are not small guys by any means.  Definitely taking a page out of Ed Hockuley's book (a ref in the NFL)

Jacquie is the reason we actually had the box...she traded it for use during the daytime hours of her parking spot (while she's at work) in the city...nice trade!  Needless to say, we had a great time...it was even captured on the Jumbotron.  A former co-worker of Jacquie's identified her and asked, "who is the crazy blonde?".  Hey, I'm a sports fan...the correct term is 'spirited'. 

Can't wait to go back for another game, although I'm pretty sure the view will be a little different.
