Jules, thanks so much for sending this to me...hilarious

Dear W,
I am writing this letter to thank you.  Shocking, right?  Let's not get confused here. I'm not thanking you for anything you did or had the opportunity to do during your 8 years as president.  That would be ludicrous. Instead, I'm thanking you for the laughs.  Oh the number of belly laughs you've given not only to me and my fellow Americans but the world, is countless.  Here are a few classics pointed out by my man, Dave:

Clearly the top 10 countdown wasn't totally adequate because the famous shoe throwing incident wasn't accounted for, nor the 'fool me once' flub that Jon Stewart was all over all those years ago, but there is only so much you can pack into an hour (we've had 8 glorious years of your buffoon-esq behavior). I can just imagine the producers on Letterman huddling together for hours on end agonizing over this Top 10 as there were too many gems to consider.  

All i can say now is goodbye, good riddance and thanks again for the laughs.

My dad has always, always been the life of the party.  He loves to make people laugh (and usually does) yet somehow manages to maintain a high level of respect from others.  Looking back, I realize that that task is not easy to achieve.  For example, few respected the class clown in grade/high school growing up.  I personally remember thinking, 'yeah, that guy is funny but will probably end up in prison or working at a hot dog stand.'

Rule #1 in Vince #2's humor: make people laugh but only at your expense (exhibit A below)

This is my Dad. He's in his mid-60's now (hard to believe) but can still school most people in a game of bowling.  This was taken two weeks ago at his company bowling party.  Mind you, he is the manager of a bank (not a hot dog stand). 
He ended up winning the 'tournament' and miraculously did not suffer any injuries other than strained abdominal muscles from laughing at himself so furiously.  I love this man!
